they lied and sold me a truck online when i had it shipped to waco it arrived with a blown motor. after doing some research they knew it was bad but repesented it as a great running truck so beware of these crooks !!!
This is the most disgusting n most players dealership. Extremely Rude n disrespectfull. Especially the Ally. N old man who work in Grage. I bought the Ford Escape 2009, after all the papers work done I asked to have the Title for Car. Lady name Brenda said I don't have title til Monday it was Mar.15. 207. I trusted her n took the car called next week noboday answer. Called again finally Brenda answer who sold me a car. I asked for my title she said waite one more week. I waited another week. When i called the reply is same. Finally i returned the car after 20 days n took my money back. Mean time I liked another car to buy she said I don't have the Title if that car too. Guys they don't have any title ready to take the car with you. It's a totally Drama n games I personally don't recmend anyof to go to this place. Due to their Behavior n my experience.
Shady i wouldnt touch this lot again not even to test drive when i did they said "oh its been serviced, no accidents, clean title, as its making clunking noises down the road them we get back he starts saying oh the smoke from under the hood is normal you just have to add 2 quarts of oil every time you drive it more then 15 miles"
