The new place is awesome. Night and day from the old run down building. Huge waiting area with plenty of windows to look out. Complimentary coffee and Tasty Cake Donuts.

After so many years and vehicles myself and family had serviced at Express , today might have been our last... To put it plain words it was so disgraceful not to accept any coupon or even given the $2.00 off thanks for being a repeat discount. I was told "we do not honor them anymore and fill out to receive a $5.00 off coupon for a future visit" . This was told to myself and three others that were called up to pay after the "COMPLETED SERVICE" ! That's not right and of course the car-wash isn't even completed yet.
Liars, liars. Told 2 of their personal, one of them 2ce that I wanted Shell Rotella synthetic 5w40 and BOTH assured me that was what I was getting. They put nonsyn 15w40 in my duramax diesel. I am really pi---ed off!
Second time using their oil change service. Met team member Gabriel who was very hospitable. From start to finish service took no more than 15 mins. Hat's off to all!
