I brought my husqarna chainsaw to get fixed when it broke and I'd cost me over $200 to get it back in shape. When I got it back it only ran for 5 minutes and stopped. Now they told me it needs more work and a new carborator! I only paid $280 for it new! You would think it would have been checked better before it was fixed. I feel a little cheated out of my hard earned cash!!!

This is the worst place to buy anything. We stood around 2 separate times waiting for a salesman. We were ready to buy a chainsaw but when the salesman came over he did not know anything about them. When we asked questions he acted as if we were stupid. Will not be going back. They lost our business and a sale.
Their "authorized" warranty repair was so rediculous... was just drilling out the deck and putting in an aluminum screw. Then charged me $80 for the repair after I told them not to do any warranty repairs that weren't completely covered without contacting me first. And this fix took 3 weeks, 2 weeks after the promised date. Phone staff was no help when I said I didn't like this repair and that if I didn't pay, I wouldn't get the mower back. Next time I'll just weld the part myself.
I've been happy with the John Deere riding mower I bought and the Stihl blower works great.
