Although I find Walmart to really care about people. I am afraid to say that this DOES NOT apply to your pharmacy department. I find them to be extremely rude and look down on people. I was so embarassed when I handed a female employee my prescription. She said very loudly: CAN YOU AFFORD THIS? before I bother to put it together for you. I replied, I wouldnt be here if I didnt have the money. People around were looking at me and at her rudness. Maybe you should replace them with the friendly greeters. Thank you, I hope you talk to them about being polite. They act like they are doing you a favor (which Walmart is) with their low prices. But to some of us, even your low price is expensive.
They cashiers are extremely rude. I went to pick up a prescription for my 16 month old sick daughter. I got there amd walked around for almost a half hour waiting for the prescription. I then was told 15 more minutes. After that i was told she needed a new insurance card, which i said thats not right we just left thw doctors and it is fine. This is exactly what happened the last time i was there. I tell her it is in the car and i woyld go get it. In the meanwhile i leave the cart full of stuff i intended on buying go get the card and they tell me i still have to wait. First off they could have told me that i needed it for the first 45min i was waiting. I has to leave to pick up my other daughter from work and they tell me o well then it wont be ready when you get back. I was so furious i yelled at them took my daughter and left. I will never shop at walmart again
The cashiers are slow and give you dirty looks at the Walmart pharmacy and they act like they owe you something! Some of the cashiers at the pharmacy don't even know how to do there job they over charge and the one lady is sooo rude
Cashiers are rude and slow. Hammonton store pharmacy is the worst and I am an easy going woman. I hate it so much I am transferring to another non-Walmart pharmacy. Worst and rudest place ever!
The Hammonton Walmart Pharmacy was great until the old pharmacist retired .The new male pharmacist is rude, not to mention the receptionists,(especially the older, heavy set woman.) If you don't like you're job at Walmart then find a new one, so customers aren't made to feel like we're a burden on you! Pharmacists should not be yelling at anyone, screaming at them on the phone &/or in the store. That has happened to me,family.friends. I was so humiliated as I waited behind the counter and had about 5 ppl behind me.The lady repeated my information loudly,& then yelled to the higher platform to this new young man pharmacist my medications. Everyone in line behind me, & around me heard the Pharmacist yell out my scripts/doses so everyone in the store now knew all my info. & that I had anxiety issues & def. should not have to worry that there will be a breech in the Hippa Law! People go to Pharmacies b/c they are sick most of the time. No one should be treated in this manner!
