I can not say enough about what a wonderful company ECC is. From start to finish they have exceptional customer service, expertise, reliability, professionalism, and most importantly they do an excellent job with their roofing and siding. During the coarse of having my roof and siding done I was very please with the workers; everyday they checked in with me to make sure it was ok to begin working and they kept their work site spotless through out the entire job, a group of great guys. Then there is the owner and the office staff; let me just say they were outstanding!! They get back to you immediately, answer all your questions, and they go over and above to help you with all your needs. The owner Jim is the best; he treats you the way you would treat a family or friend which really means a lot. There were times we had to call him last minute for help and he always picked up the phone and he was here to help within the hour not matter what he had going on. I could not have gotten through some of my construction projects without him. I've dealt with make businesses over the years and in my opinion ECC is one of the best and a top notch company and I recommend them to everybody I know. Thank you for the exceptional service ECC!!
