The folks at ACCC where spot on! The inventory was great, unlike some central Jersey shops that have nothing to offer, ACCC is South Jersey's best equipped shop. The customer service was perfect and the Finance department took it upon themselves to make sure that I received the best terms available. Their relationships with the banking institutions made the experience well worth it. I don't usually shop for anything on Black Friday...but this was one exception well worth it. Low key atmosphere, plenty of parking, great apparel and equipment available.
Called in search of a very specific clutch bolt. Parts department did not have any in stock, but provided me with the contact information for a dealer in Florida that did have them in stock within minutes. They're now on their way, and I never would have found them without that kind of customer service.
Cont. The shop then calls me 5 times from multiple phone numbers asking me to take the review down! If I am harassed by your business again in any way, I will see what my lawyer or police have to say.
Can I leave 0 stars? The owner attempted to buy my bike at a low price. At the last second, he said I had to go to motor vehicles. Motor vehicles told me, the owner didn't know what he was talking about. Fast forward, the next business day I sold my bike at Hamilton Yamaha for a better price. So shop AC Cycle Center if you want rip off prices and an incompetent owner.
Everyone here was very friendly. Easy to talk too, answered all my questions. These guys are down to earth and will hook you up with whatever you need, Advice, Parts, you name it. They are very professional and experienced here. Highly Recommend.
