I have been feeling like a crazy person for a year and a half. I had a leak in my pool, but was always assured that there was no problem - or the minor issues (leaky valve - that was replaced), was the issue. Frank DiJoseph came out and was on time and professional. He spent 3 hours checking all the lines, diving and doing dye tests around every inch of the pool. He didn't find anything, but asked me to do a bucket test to see if I was still losing water and promised to return if I was. I convinced myself I must have been imagining the water loss and did the bucket test anyway. Sure enough, I was still losing water. I called Frank and as promised he returned and did another thorough inspection with some added equipment, but after 2 hours he finally located cracks in the light housing and repaired them on the spot for no extra charge.
