I have a service contract with them for my furnace and AC. Noticed my AC running more than usual and called them late Friday afternoon. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11am and 3pm. The next morning, they called at 7:45am and told me the window had been bumped up to 8am - 12 noon and the service man would call me when he was on his way, which he did at 8:45am. Serviceman arrived at 9am and diagnosed low freon. Added 1 lb. and done by 9:30am. AC working fine now.
These people are the absolute WORST! My heater went down on Friday around noon.Called immediately and was told that no one could come out until the following day.So much for 24 hr emergency service.When the tech finally gets here 2:30 sat afternoon he doesn't have the part for "my" heater.As if it's some foreign make.You have been servicing it for 17 years.You know what my heater is!Here it is TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND I AM STILL WAITING AFTER BEING TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE HERE BY 1PM TODAY!!!! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH POOR SERVICE!!!!!

Yesterday evening when we were on our way to the shore we found that the heater was off and the house was down to 59 degrees. We called for emergency service and were told that the techs had gone home and no one could come out until the morning.
When the tech arrived he didn't have the part. In the afternoon they called to say they had the part but it was on a truck where the tech was off and they couldn't get it to us until the next day.
