Terrible! Don’t waste your time. I went here twice this week as my sickness continued to progress even after taking the meds they prescribed me. Feeling terrible today, day 7, I called to speak to the dr to let him know that my treatment wasn’t working. I asked if they could call me in a different medication. The nurse said they would not. I wasn’t allowed to speak to the dr. The women who work here are extremely rude and nasty! The only reason I came here is because I work during the day and they were open late. Looks like I’m going to have to call out from work and get to a real dr. I will never go here again! Never ever!

On Sunday, Doctor Marion Patterson, overlooked symptoms on my son that I had to point out to her to relook. She retrieved a tongue depressor WITHOUT gloves - DIDN'T wash her hands, and proceeded to look AGAIN in his mouth, making disgusted faces.
Came here today for a sore throat after having the flu. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and thorough.
Dr. Patterson was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful in the manner she spoke to me and looked at me.. and in front of my children.
The whole visit all she said was 'probably' 'I don't know' 'maybe'
She left the room (when she didn't know what was wrong with him) came back almost 15 minutes later and said, 'it's probably a virus'
The receptionist was very kind and polite, and apologized profusely on the doctors behalf.
We always come here for emergency, and LOVE Dr. Detata - and will only go now when he is there!
Everybody know that their hours are WRONG! CALL BEFORE YOU DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE AND THEY'RE CLOSED.
All Dr. Patterson did was leave me with a whole bunch of uncertainty, and no answers, with a bad attitude.
I owe this place my life. The doctor was more than thorough with me. I went it explaining I had allergies. I was sure of it. He ignored my suggestion and asked numerous questions and suggested a chest X-ray which found my cancer. Since then I've gone in on numerous occasions through my treatment due to infections and other treatment related issues and have been impressed every time. All doctors have always followed up. I have such confidence in this place.
