If could give less than one I would. They have been managing my pain medicine for years and then all of a sudden they falsified urinalysis reports because they don't want to give pain medicine any more. It got even worse when I asked about the plan to wean me off of the medicine and she told me I will give you one more month of medicine. No plan to reduce or anything! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
Good place, Doctors and staff are friendly. Only complaints I have is he waiting room is a little cramped and there is limited parking. On busy days be prepar s to park on the grass or side street.
